Operations Team Member

General Job Description

Be a part of our donation pick up team! Make sure that donation pick ups are handled professionally for Thrive Az.  This job will be going out on the trucks daily to help pick up donations.  Heavy lifting is required as this job will be requiring lifting of sofas, dressers, etc.

 

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities

 

1. Work hours are 7:00 – 3:30 Monday – Thursday

2. Work with Delivery Specialist to make sure that deliveries are handled in a timely professional manner

3. Be able to clearly represent the mission of Thrive Az

4. Communicate with Client Specialist any issues or concerns with deliveries.

5. Load donation truck for deliveries for following workday

6. Make sure client truck is clean and well maintained

 

 Minor Duties and Responsibilities

1. Help with projects as needed

2. Make sure all personnel are representing Thrive properly

3. Attend special events as requested

4. Any other duties assigned by Executive Director
